This is the Privacy Policy of Deduktia Oy, and it applies to the whole company (“Deduktia”, “we”). The privacy policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit our website or otherwise interact with us.
Purpose for collecting data
We collect personal data for managing topics concerning
- customer relationship: different phases of marketing, quotation, sales, support requests, invoicing and managing your customer account

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect the following personal data about you:
- your name, organization and email address when you submit the request for more information in our website or otherwise correspond or interact with us.
- for job applicants, your contact information, employment and education history, and references as well as other information that you might have included in your application.
- your name, organization and contact information when you collaborate with us in collaboration projects
We may use web search services for business purposes such as finding of new leads / new customer acquisition.
Legal purpose of processing personal data
Personal data are received based on a customer relationship, employment, and supplier contracts in and from interaction between Deduktia and customers. The information is necessary for us
- to perform a contract between Deduktia and the customer, or an employee
- to enter into a contract with Deduktia and a potential customer, or an applicant
- to perform, or enter into a contract between Deduktia and collaboration project partner(s)
- in events management
- other occasion where there is a legitimate interest or consent obtained for the purpose
Customer data is used also for invoicing purposes. To add, when processing your order, we may send your data to, and use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Sharing of your data
We may share your personal data with entrusted third parties with the explicit purpose of fulfilling any request. The information shared will only be used for the purposes stated in this policy, or any other purpose with individual consent. We will not sell collected personal data to a third party.

Protecting, processing, and storing your personal data
